Personal Use License
Every purchase includes a Personal Use License. This covers:
- Using prompts for your own work — resumes, project documents, marketing materials, field reports, business plans, etc.
- Adapting and modifying prompts to suit your specific needs
- Using AI-generated output freely for your own purposes
- Sharing a prompt with an immediate colleague on a shared project
The Personal Use License does not cover:
- Reselling, sharing, or redistributing the original toolkit files
- Using prompts to produce deliverables for paying clients (requires Commercial License)
- Deploying prompts across a team or department (requires Team License)
- Incorporating prompts into courses or training programs (requires Education License)
- Publishing prompts publicly in any format
Commercial Use License
A Commercial Use License is required for:
- Consultants & freelancers using prompts to deliver work product to clients
- Agencies whose staff produce deliverables for client accounts
- Trainers & educators incorporating prompts into courses or workshops
- Organizations deploying prompts across a team or department

- No redistribution or resale of the original toolkit files
- No use in competing prompt products without a written agreement
- No removal of DEC Group attribution from the files themselves
- AI-generated output should always be reviewed and verified before use
